As iNSiDER says, the bot is not detected, but if someone reports you, the BA will login with their ship and check log and your movements to ban or not.

Normally, the first ban is of 3 days, the 3 months and the 3rd, i dont want to know

The first ban is for 3 months if you get banned by a Developers Script(That means that the Bot is detected).
If reported, the first ban is for 3 days, is like an advise to stop using it.
